Customer feedback
We guarantee that all our feedback is genuine and can only be submitted by people who have booked through our websites.
Mr Jonathan Hewett, September 2012: Our group were not aware of the extent of the eating options prior to arrival but if we had, we would have been more likely to use them as they were excellent. It may be worth promoting these better. All round an very good stay. 4/5
Miss Aisling O'Donnell, September 2012: This is very basic accommodation. It really does look like undergraduate accommodation rather than B&B accommodation. It was cold, the bed was lumpy and the shower was not very powerful at all. However it seemed clean and was easy to find, quiet and not too far from the city centre (at a much lower price than anywhere else I could find in Bath!). So while my review is not exactly glowing, if you want to pay in this price range I think it's fine. Just don't expect it to be luxurious! 3/5
Mr Tim Backhouse, September 2012: The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and television. I wasn't quite as keen on the en suite as it was like a wet room but with inefficient drainage. I was really pleased with the bus service to Bath, it was frequent, fast and very reasonable at £1.70 return. The overall facilities on the campus were good and the grounds of the university impressive . I would recommend a stay here. It's good value for money in a nice location. 4/5
Mr malcolm nichols, August 2012: reception staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. thanks 5/5
Mr Iu Adell, August 2012: Excellent value for money, very recommendable and would book again for sure. Also note the excellent bus connexions with BATH both in frequency and time. 5/5
Ms HEATHER CLARKE, August 2012: We are grateful to staff and students who showed my daughter around the uni and talked through course options. Everyone was kind and helpful. 5/5
Miss Sarah Lanchin, August 2012: Great stay thanks 5/5
Mrs Patricia Millward, August 2012: The arrival directions, once on campus, could be better but staff and facilities very good. No carpet in room but very clean and toiletries an added bonus.
Will use this accommodation again on our next visit to Bath. 5/5
Miss Helen Frank, July 2012: Will recommend and if ever visiting Bath will stay here again. Facilities better than expected (tv, phone, towels, bathroom products etc) as for the price I assumed these would not be included! Great on site access to bar, cafe, bus etc. thank you! 5/5
Miss Chloe Harford, July 2012: University facilities excellent, great value for money, noisy students even in summer but to be expected as it is a university! Advice: book in during accommodation office hours as if it's late and dark it's difficult to find the security office to get your keys. Would definitely use again. 4/5
Mr PRANIL BORDE, July 2012: excellent service ,safe & quite place, real value for money 5/5
Mr Jason Green, June 2012: Excellent place to stay! Very clean, friendly staff and the coffee facilities are spot on. Will be using them again in future! 5/5
Mr Jeremy Lewis, April 2012: Overall, my stay was fine & will book with you again. Room was adequate - as expected, and the price and location on campus made it great value.
May be worth noting that I did struggle to find the entrance to the block - more detailed map and directions would have helped. 4/5
Mr Jonathan Conroy, April 2012: Very impressed. Excellent facilities in room. Ideally located if watching sport. Only improvement to suggest is that room door should automatically lock when door closed from outside. Would be easy to forget 5/5
Mrs amanda finn, March 2012: Room was clean, and had all the facilities that I needed.
As a distance learning student it was good to be able to book on site for my exams.
Have tried to re-book for 24th -26th October, but no rooms avaiable, so a little disappointed with this. 5/5
Mr Anthony Miller, February 2012: Great weekend - thanks. 5/5
Mrs Sara Spillett, February 2012: Recomended! This is a good place to stay to explore Bath. We had a super welcome from security team when we arrived at 11:30pm. They told us all we needed to know about the rooms, cafe, shop and breakfast - then recomended things to visit and suggested leaving the car in the carpark and getting the bus to avoid high car park charges in the centre of the city (which we did and it worked well). The room was sparklingly clean and had all you need for a couple of nights stay (including a hair drier and shampoo etc). 5/5
Miss Clare White, January 2012: really nice, clean and comfortable. 5/5
Mr Keith Wickham, December 2011: Excellent overall, would however give better directions once you arrive on campus - took us a long time to find the Accommodation block (Woodland Court) and the map was not detailed enough for someone who hadn't been there before. Bus service was also excellent. 4/5
Ms Karen Kong, December 2011: Great room and amenities (towels, bathing products) will definitely make the recommendation onwards. 4/5
Miss Renata Kisleraviciute, October 2011: good value for money, nice and clean standard room. 4/5
Mr Paul May, September 2011: Great to stay at a university and brilliant parking and transport to the city.
We would have found it useful if there had been a simple information sheet pinned up in the room showing the campus layout, especially where we could eat and drink with opening times and details of the bus services. 5/5
Mrs Susan Moore, August 2011: The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the uni cafe was very good value. Parking was plentiful and reasonably priced. A bar open in the evening would have been welcome. 5/5
Mrs Jennifer Lee, August 2011: We had a very enjoyable break in Bath and were really impressed with the University accommodation. Also the fact that we could leave the car in the car park and use the bus service which we found to be very regular and much cheaper than we are used to. 5/5
Mr Anthony Reale, July 2011: All went very well - I was well accommodated during my stay. Thank You. 4/5
Mrs Lorraine Robinson, June 2011: Food was excellent too. Fantastic value for money. 5/5
Mrs Ema Challis, June 2011: Excellent idea to enable students to get a feel of university life. We were more relaxed for the Open day because we were familiar with site and did not have to travel on the day. 4/5
Mrs Claire Thurgate, June 2011: A comfortable stay, thank you. 5/5
Rose Glenton, September 2010: Good value for money 4/5
Jonathan Tiller, August 2010: Well priced accommodation. Clean and well presented. Thanks for a nice stay. 5/5
